MFD Affiliate Payment Structure

1) Digital Downloads: These are the items sold on our web sites. As an affiliate you receive 50% of the selling price. There are times we offer price discounts and coupons, in which case your commission will be based on those instead of the current or retail selling price.

2) Subscription Based: These are the items or memberships on our web sites sold as a subscription to the user. As an affiliate you will receive 50% of the concurring subscription price unless noted otherwise.

3) Payments: For a payment to be made, your account must have a minimum payable balance of at least $50 USD. Accounts with less than $50 USD will be carried over into the next month until the minimal payout is reached. Affiliates are paid near the 15th of each month for sales 60 days ago and prior. 60 days allows time for refunds and disputes. All payments are issued through PayPal. You must have a PayPal account in order to receive a payment. Affiliates inactive of clicks or sales for a period of 6 months will be considered as no longer using our affiliate program, thus agreeing to a close of your account and a maintenance fee applied for the remaining balance if it is less than $50 USD. If more than $50 USD is in your account, a final payment will be granted to you.

4) 2 Tier Payments: We pay two levels deep. This means you get payments for your own affiliate sales and a 2% referral commission for affiliates who sign under your account and generate new sales.

5) Lifetime Referrals: When a user makes a single purchase under your affiliate account, they are attached to you for the life of your account. This means all future sales, including those that occur several months or even a full year later will generate affiliate earnings.


MFD Affiliate Agreement

Please read the agreement document below before registering as an affiliate.

1) Term of the Agreements: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination such as an email. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term, valid within the bounds of this agreement. Abuse or illegal activities may result in termination as an affiliate without notice of any kind.

2) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

3) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

4) Independent Investigation: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

5) Miscellaneous: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Seattle, Washington, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

6) Spam, Spyware and Other Parasites: Any affiliate suspected of click fraud, sales fraud, or a relationship, formal or informal, with any spam or provider of spyware or parasitic software (as judged by any interference with the operation by design of MyForexDownloads.com and/or its partner sites as well as abnormal statistics, click patterns, or other indicators of suspicious activity) is subject to punitive actions by MyForexDownloads.com, without notice, including but not limited to: suspension of your affiliate account; termination of affiliate account; withholding of payments to affiliate; and public notification of affiliate's suspected malfeasance. MyForexDownloads.com encourages affiliates to report suspicions of such relationships; and, should substantial proof, as judged by MyForexDownloads.com , be provided, MyForexDownloads.com  reserves the right to assign a value equal to unpaid monies earned by the offending affiliate (or a part thereof) to the reporting affiliate as a bounty.

7) Trademarks and Content: All trademarks, content, web banners, for sale items, subscription content, logos, digital items, promotional and marketing materials are owned entirely by MyForexDownloads.com. We do not allow domain name registration using our trademarks, nor keyword advertising on such trademarks on search engines or other venues.

8) Existing Community: All sales, leads, and traffic driven to the MyForexDownloads.com products will be from your existing financial community. No CPC (cost per click) or search engine marketing will be allowed. Any affiliate that spams or posts advertising messages to internet forums or blogs without permission will be considered in breach of this agreement per Section 6 (Spam, Spyware and Other Parasites).

9) Regulatory Compliance: All affiliates to the MyForexDownloads.com  affiliate program are required to comply with all federal, state, and local securities, commodities, futures, and forex trading laws. Any affiliate that violates these laws, is a subject of investigation, has a prior conviction, or is charged by a regulatory agency will be terminated without notice, including but not limited to: suspension of affiliate account; termination of affiliate account; and withholding of payments to affiliate
